Return window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

What can be returned

We accept returns for clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations, stains, perfume, or damage.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, final sale items, intimate wear, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

1. Contact our support team with your order number.
2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back within the approved timeline.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, we’ll do our best to help with a different size or style, subject to availability.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
